I had an amazing stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location was absolutely perfect, as it was right on the Croatian coast in front of the seaside. Being able to wake up and walk directly to the beach was such a treat. The hotel staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, always ready to help with any request. The room amenities, such as the ironing facilities and in-room safe, added an extra level of convenience and comfort to my stay. I also enjoyed the delicious buffet breakfast served at the hotel's dining restaurant. It offered a wide variety of options to suit any taste.
I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Very good and varied meals, half-board gives very high value for money
Internet in the rooms, cable or wireless, now only 2 computers at the reception with no printing opportunities is too poor

Hotel is just on the beach, food, big room, attention of the staff.
Expensive wine for the quality, weak and pricey internet.

We loved the hotel's location on the beach, just a short walk from the "tourist train" stop that takes you around this beautiful area of Katoro. There was also ample parking space for hotel guests, which was a bonus. The breakfast had many options and the food was delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Nothings.

Great location next to the beach, very good choice of food at each meal but only for 3-4 days then it starts repeating, but everything is delicious. Staff is fantastic, from management to the cleaning ladies, all very polite. The rooms are cleaned spotless every day. Very nice pool. Plenty of parking alot of nice places to walk in the area.
I have been to this hotel several times before and think its time for a renovation. The bathrooms are a really poor standard, maybe 2-star. There was mold growing in each corner and a bad smell from the toilet a few times a day. The room was great, only the toilet was terrible, and honestly, because it was 120-150eur a night, I would not return until something changes.

A perfect hotel for a relaxed stay in September. We have been for 6 nights in this Hotel. The service is good and the employees are friendly. The food and drinks (cocktails) have a sufficient quality. Also the hygiene is perfect. Concerning the location, the city centre is not on walking distance. The hotel is located directly on the beach and we appriciated the facilities of the hotel and outdoors. The city area is quied doll and quied? (maybe because of the fact that we have been visiting Umag in Setempter). Nevertheless, we enjoyed the good service and the overal nice clean and cosy stay in Umag. We should have only used our time to travel further in Croatia (6 days in Umag is too much). Kind regards.
The wellness area is not included in your stay. Also we did not receive any proper information about the possibillities.

Located on the beautiful Istrian peninsula, this hotel is in an ideal location. Near the tourist train stop and on the beach, this well-kept property is surrounded by a park area with mature trees. the rooms offer an excellent view of the sea and are comfortable. Staff is polite and helpful, and the breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of choices.
The hotel charges extra for internet usage, which is inconvenient.
